Jacob did an outstanding job of re-fitting loose slabs, repointing and sealing my patio and I could not be happier with the results. He was very professional, punctual and left everything very tidy afterwards. Highly recommended!

Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). He is knowledgable, highly skilled at what he does, trust-worthy and communicated well throughout. His team worked tirelessly on some gruelling tasks and with perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend Elton and team and am delighted to have finally found a quality builder that I trust.

Thank you so much to Jamie and his team. Not only did they replace the roofing felt on the shed roof but they also extended the garden path and repaired some uneven paving and redid the grouting . They were all very polite and so helpful.

Tony Is a great guy, friendly , easy to get on with, never without a smile, and above all takes real proper pride in his work. Very fair and competitive quote for fitting out our new bathroom, i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Always has a solution if a problem appeared during the job! I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy

The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
