We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. Routine boiler service. Service person advised boiler likely to need replacing very soon, though nothing urgent and boiler “passed” okay. Following service, boiler was making strange noises. It then started to get error codes. Speaking with a gas safe person, I was guided to check the condensate trap. This was full of sediment, which should have been cleared during service. This raised alarm bells… a separate gas engineer kindly then opened the flame area up to find a load of dirt (service step to clean)…
