We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. The proof of what we think and what you can expect is in the photos posted of our work. It can only be described as a quality job thank you.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Explained all options to me, answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable price. Craig is a very personable guy, friendly and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. Mark gave us a very good quote for repairing a blown down gate and post and part of the wall. Mark was very reliable and did an excellent job and it was a very difficult hole to drill for the post. I recommend Mark very highly.

Bernard was very easily contactable and arrived on time to give us a quote. He was friendly, professional and clearly very experienced. He completed the work required on time and to the price we agreed. Bernard and his team did a great job and made sure they cleaned and tidied everywhere before they left. I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu. Radu surpassed all my expectations on his work ethics, (always punctual), work quality (highest level), integrity and affordable. He never cut corners and the final result shows. Steve was the best priced roofer who came to view our job. He worked hard and efficiently. He was reliable and easy to contact. He came back to look at the roof again as the problem wasn’t fully fixed the first time. He did not charge me again for coming out twice

I asked for tree removeing in the price quoted but was charged an extra 80£ for tree taking away not too happy with that .but the work done was excellent they worked very hard and did the job very quickly .would use again but with set price .
