William and his team were truly exceptional. Initially hired for a minor task, the project expanded to a full exterior overhaul of our Victorian home. William's exceptional workmanship, fair pricing, and customer-focused approach led to this growth. He sourced appropriate materials for our conservation area, managed issues proactively, and accommodated additional tasks without constant upcharge. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.

Overall, very happy with the work Oleg and Slav did, they were very professional and took pride in their work. Only thing to improve on would be communication and punctuality. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Rob worked really hard to get my garden looking back to its best. Considering the amount of work required he got it done in a fraction of the time I expected with no fuss. Very fair and considered quotes for work to be completed. From the initial quoting process through to completing the job I have found APS very easy to deal with and I intend to use them again regularly moving into the future.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Valentin from my observation can do absolutely everything building related. Very polite and always on time to work. He kept me updated with the developments via sms, emails and calls during my busy work periods. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking any domestic refurbishment or building works, he is a master of his trade!!

I've got great communication with Neil and his work is fast and tidy. His team have brought an unruly garden under control extremely fast and I'm looking forward to him keeping all the grounds looking great over the coming seasons.

Polite and friendly. Pleased with the job. Gave a reasonable and realistic price so I didn't bother getting other quotes. No nonsense, no waffle. Completed within a week of accepting the quote. I will need another fence doing soon but I can't afford at the moment but will use J&M again for that one.

Peter Hall of Phoenix Landscapes turned up with heavy duty equipment and gave us a good high level plan and estimate of the work to refurbish and extend our drive - approx 70 sqm. Whilst his quote was a little higher than we expected it was in line with the other quality quotes we received and he seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. He worked efficiently and NEATLY, completed the work exactly on schedule and kept us informed on process and progress. We would recommend him.
