Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed

First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. This guy is unprofessional. He came and said he wanted to do a job which he wasn’t sure of. I told him to go ahead only for him to want to start the job and said he was going to come the next day. I called him and he was lieing that his van was on MOT. I knew he didn’t want to do the job cos he doesn’t know anything about the job. I will not recommend him. I called him just now and what is telling me is that he has make a research and he wil be sending a quotes. You didn’t know what you wanted to do before.
