Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Vincent contacted me very quickly and came out within a few days to look at my job. We agreed a price and he and his team of four fixed the gutter straight away within an hour. They seemed knowledgeable, offered a guarantee and kept me informed throughout. I have had no leaks since they did the work and would certainly recommend them. The price of £250 seemed a lot but I guess that's what you have to pay nowadays.

He charged me £800 for 3 hour's work. Got the front garden nicely sorted out but only removed the leaves from the back garden, leaving the weeds untouched. When I looked at his estimate, that was all he had said he would do, in spite of my agreeing verbally to £800 to sort out the whole garden. Be careful!
