Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. Next day the heavens opened & found the roof still leaking & pouring in from the top of the windows. Contacted L&P same day but no one was picking up!! Monday I received a text from Luke saying he had a bad signal where he was at & best to text him instead, email, texts no reply
