John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Prior to the agreed date, his communication, responding to points we raised, was prompt and detailed. He was punctual and worked methodically. The job took 1.5 days, the quality of the materials & workmanship was first class. All waste was removed. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig and have already done so.

It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
