West Renovate & Refurbish are a small family-run building firm with a growing client base across Herts, Beds and Cambs. Since the company was established in 2011, we have successfully completed a number of large-scale property refurbishments for clients, and in between these we have undertaken a wide range of smaller domestic building jobs such as kitchen and bathroom fitting. The company is led by Malcolm West, who has gained a wealth of experience in building since 2004, and has specialised in Carpentry since 2009. At West Renovate & Refurbish we pride ourselves on high quality, well thought-out work - doing what is needed to finish the job to a high standard, without adding un-needed extras. Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. Adrian Louis of New Driveway Co. is very professional, helpful and sorts out any queries with good advice. The work I required, boundary fencing in 4 different styles, plus driveway gates, look really good; the materials are good quality and are fitted to a high standard. The price went higher, due to my estimate being on the low side for the size of garden, but with adjustments for less expensive driveway gates, etc. the overall cost was negotiated and acceptable. I'm a very pleased, happy customer!

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
