Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

WE BOOKED ANTHONY TO MOW OUR 3 LAWNS SPOKEN WITH HIM ON THE PHONE ARRANGED A DAY AND TIME HE'S NEVER TURNED UP IVE TEXT HIM TO ASK IF HE WAS STILL COMING AND TO MY SURPRISE HE TEXTED BACK SAY HE APOLOGISED HE COULDN'T MAJE IT TODAY HE COULDN'T EVEN BE BOTHETED TO TEXT ME TO LET ME KNOW. Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Excellent advice was given in areas we were unsure of to get the best result. Joe was very methodical and precise in his work which reflected in the excellent overall finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
