Advisor called me up. After a lengthy discussion i asked if i can book for the engineer to come out. She told it would be a £240 call out charge, when i questioned this, she went on to tell me im a “idiot” whos wasting her time. Then put the phone down. Very shocked with this service.

My garden is very overgrown. Brian came and we quickly came to an agreement within my budget. I am thrilled with the work done. My garden is already looking 100 percent better. Brian and team mowed two lawns, cut back overgrown shrubs and bushes and removed some small trees. Also did some work on larger trees. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.
