I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Very good service from Karl who diagnosed the problem and quoted for the job via a telephone call which, tbh, I found quite unusual, however, he arrived when promised with the correct equipment and solved our problem within a couple of hours. We had a damp issue which we thought was caused by the leaky roof, following Karl's visit this is now resolved. Karl was friendly and competent and very knowledgeable, I would definitely use his service again and would recommend him for anyone else,
