Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.

Hi im Joe, a general maintenance man from J.A Maintenance. Im qualified and competent in many roles including electrical installation, tiling, brickwork, gardening and lanscaping and all aspects of home/property maintenance.
Joe did a brilliant job moving furniture from upstairs to downstairs (and vice versa) as well as putting in some shelves. He’s coming back this week to do some more work and won’t hesitate with other jobs either. Very reasonable cost and friendly as well, recommended to all. Thanks Joe.
