"Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

Ryan renovated my upstairs and did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the work, he was professional, organised throughout the job. His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away. If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

Arrived as agreed, carried the required spare part to repair the leak in the guttering. Work completed and also cleaned out the debris in the gutters. Left driveway clean and tidy. Heavy rain - no leaks.
