Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard.
