Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
