Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Lee came and did a painting job for me. He was punctual, polite and did a great job. He had planned to do the job in one day but because of problems outside his control (paint not drying because of the temperature and painting on an outside wall) he came back and finished it the next day at no extra cost.
