We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. All I asked to be built was 4 drawers (not even the full drawer cabinet) He just needed to put in the screws correctly. It lasted 3 days then fell apart - when I looked again i saw he missed/lost screws and didn’t tell me (and thats why the drawers fell apart). I found some of the screws laying around the working area the next day. When trying to discuss with him to fix it over a calm phone call he screamed at me in frustration and anger but I was the one who paid for a job that had not been done!?

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
