I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16. Doing complete property refurbs right back to the bare shell to complete the project. Went to college when I was 27 and served my time with Rothwells plumbing services where I learned all aspects of plumbing and heating installations. I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. More recently I've been providing maintenance services to landlords and schools .

I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. Karl was a nice guy, came up with a reasonable quote and worked through some modifications to the quote, however, I was unable to hire him as he refused to have any kind of written agreement / contract confirming the terms of the work. It’s a shame, because I wanted to work with Karl but wasn’t willing to spend so much money with nothing specific in writing.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed.
