To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. So impressed that I hired him. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. I didn't have to worry about anything, the guys took care of everything, from renting a skip to the final inspection. I am impressed by their professionalism.

Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU

Excellent job could not fault these guys were amazing I had 12 Leyandii trees at the bottom of my garden they took them down to the stump treated and removed every trace of them in the chipper and all in a couple of hours would highly recommend

Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ÂŁÂŁÂŁÂŁs Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.
