Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. He completed the work on time.I would have no hesitation in using Stefan again

I learned my trade in Spain and became Spains Porcelanosa Specialist Tiler and a Master Tiler, I have spent 20 years working on new builds and reforms in England, Spain, Portugal and Italy where I used all types of tiles including both marble and natural stone.. and have recently returned back to the uk with my family. Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
