To back this up, a lengthy guarantee on something they did not build but only corrected is hugely appreciated and valued, including helping compile a report of the discovered issues. We cannot recommend Jacob Gardens. We were patient when the owner’s personal circumstances meant it took months rather than weeks to complete our landscaping work, leaving us without a properly useable garden for much of the summer. However the final straw was him ghosting us after promising to replace our lawn, which died because he’d left equipment and supplies on it for months. What a disappointment.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service.
