Gary was very quick to get in touch, confirmed what was required, sent over a quote and completed the job the next day as promised. He stayed in touch throughout and was true to his word. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
