Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

From the minute we discussed price/job the guys never stopped, worked hard all day as they did my gardens too couldn’t rate these guys high enough. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Kevin was very communicative, did the job quickly and professionally (also with a ladder) for a great price. Can't ask for more!

Very quick but not sure about their pruning knowledge. Hope my trees recover next year. Appeared to be courteous and cleared up but when they had left I filled another green bin full of tree branches they had left behind. Probably ok for hedge trimming.
