Despite some weather issues affecting our timeline the team worked tirelessly to complete the job to a standard that exceeded our expectations. The patio is beautiful! And the new steps are a huge improvement. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would have no hesitation recommending them.

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.

Very reasonable quote. Once work was complete amount charged was exactly as quote. Very difficult weather conditions but Scott went out of his way to change his workload to fit my piece of work into my limited availability.

Request was handled promptly, The quote undercut others by two hundred, a swift appointment followed by busy, cheerful team halving my giant Holly's height and shaping it as I had requested, it's 4th drastic haircut in 44 years! The timber came through the house, and their scrupulous care resulted in but two leaves in my hall, as they swept up garden and abode so we'll. I'm a joiner with 8years experience working on Newbuild sites and private work. I currently have a contract on a building site meaning most of the work undertaken would be done at night and/or Weekends. Larger jobs will have time made for them with enough notice thanks.
