Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. The job was finished in a day and the 2 rooms look great finished. All the rubbish was bagged and cleared from the house and he cleaned everywhere after the job. Would definitely recommend ???

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.
