Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations.
