Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

NO STARS. Not roofers, written quote but roof's a mess, Agreed lead flashing & mortar but only badly applied flash band. Hole in ceiling, plasterer no-show. Phoned Luke, he said he is a gardener and put the phone down on me.

I TEXTED HIM BACK TO SAY I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW, WHICH WASN'T GOING TO BE TOO FLATTERING HE TEXT BACK WITH EMIJI OF 2 THUMBS UP SYMBOLS.
