Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Richard is very polite and friendly. We had quite an overgrown back garden which was quite a big job. He came with his colleague and did the job completely thoroughly in a day, I mean they did every inch of the garden, very professional. Mark was great throughout the job, he came to view and provided a quote the same day. I cannot fault the work done, building us some new red brick steps, levelling ours and our neighbours path as well as rebuilding our Cotswold stone wall which had started to bow. Mark was friendly, polite and tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark was very efficient and had the job done in no time, but still with great care taken. I'd have no hesitation using Mark again or recommending him to others.
