Dave provided an outstanding service. Quality of work was great, appointments were kept and the final price was precisely in line with the initial quote. Timescales were met with the work completed on time. We have already used Dave again to service and repair our boiler. Dave is an extremely trustworthy trades person who we would strongly recommend to anyone who need a plumber or central heating engineer.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Very happy with the job and their can do work ethic. Went out of their way to be helpful and also fixed a previously botched toilet job when they put my toilet back after laying down the laminate flooring. Very tidy. Cleared and removed all debris. Chris could not have been more helpful. He gave us some fantastic advice before costing the work. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
