Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.

Dan contacted me promptly after I put my required job details on rated people. (removal of old bathroom suite and old tiles then replaced them plus electric towel rail and shower). He quickly grasped what I wanted and did not put any pressure on to do any extras but offered advice where needed. He organised everything and all trades men who worked with him were polite and tidy.So very pleased with my lovely new bathroom. Happy to recommend him to people and will use him again.Thank you.

Chris changed my boiler and all the radiators in my 4 bedroom house .He did a fantastic job at upgrading my heating system with minimum disruption and took great care to ensure none of my 9 cats didn't vanish under the floor boards. He is a person who will go the extra mile when he s given a job and even came out to the house at midnight when I was having difficulty operating the system due to my lack understanding. I have no hesitation in reccommending Chris he was a pleasure to have around.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

If you want a proffesional, reliable builder, then look no further than Star Construction. Silvio and his team have just completed my kitchen and it is superb. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using Star Construction and will be using them again to complete other projects. I feel very fortunate to have found such a fantastic builder.

Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.
