I had to call Sean to fix a bad job done by a previous plumber. It was a difficult job as he had to fix a few issues created by the previous person. Sean just got ahead with job, without comments or judging, fixed the issues, got a few pipes reconnected by attaching new ones ad-hoc bent and got everything done within a reasonable time and honest price.

Shiran rang to quote within the hour. Prior to this I had had 3 cancellations from big companies. He quoted less than all of them, offered to come that day or at the weekend at no extra charge and was right on time. He spent 2 hours on the service and went above and beyond the call of duty with cleaning the fire. When I had the service done previously it took around 10 minutes!
