Excellent, did not know where to start finding a suitable plumber to replace our boiler, you hear of such horror stories, rated people put several plumbers in touch with us, we were able to compare quotes. Excellent communication, tidy and organised. Changing boiler in my property caused a lot of challenges that AB Chapman (Spencer) overcame with ease and really made a brilliant and quick job . I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

It was an earlier misunderstanding when i stated that Kamesh did not respond promptly to my request for a quotation. he did respond electronically via e-mail, but through no fault of his own there was a technical fault with the e-mail. He has since come home to personally quote/advise me on the job needed and i retract i my earlier comment(03/07/12) about the disappointing service experienced. I hope that rectifies the misunderstanding.
