Appeared knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem & some of what he said had been said to me before, so I knew he was being truthful. Once the job was completed, my radiators were so hot, I could feel the heat from across the room which hadn't happened since I bought the house!!

We love our new bathroom!! Richard’s done an amazing job. He’s hard working, a perfectionist who pays attention to detail!! Richard consulted us every step of the way ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, when we couldn’t decide on the layout, he guided us in the right direction. Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.
