We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Great job, very helpful, my dad was also doing work on the property and Gov was very co-operative to try and work around what we wanted. Kept us updated throughout and explained everything along the way. No hard sell, very straight-forward and easy-going, would definitely recommend.

Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Nelson as a polite, professional and competent boiler and heating expert. Within budget as well
