This was a particularly tricky installation, throwing up all kinds of problems along the way. Ryan worked his way through them all with a smile and now I've got a fab new boiler system. Thanks Ryan and here's to the next boiler in the barn!

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Really pleased with the work done to remove our stone fire surround and gas fire. I found Firstaid Plumbing and Heating to be friendly, polite, clean and quality tradesmen. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Cheers guys!
