Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. I have no hesitation in using Ola again and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge and workmanship.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
