A very pleasant young man. Came to view the job promptly and on time. Easy to contact, replied to all texts. Came back again a couple of days before doing the work to check a couple of things I had changed and then on the day arrived on time. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
