Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Peter did a fantastic job doing a complete bathroom renovation for me. The old suite was removed and all the old tiling, he fitted the new shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail to my complete satisfaction and did several other little jobs we asked him to do which we hadn't included in the original plan. The tiling he did was beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy at each stage of the project. He arrived promptly every morning and put in an 8 hour day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. I am a reliable, trust worthy, tidy sole tradesman, happy to quote and carry out any job, I was previously employed by British Gas before taking the opportunity to become self employed as I find working for myself a better long term career choice.
Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.
