Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

Mark fitted a new radiator for me, did a really professional job and very flexible in working hours to accommodate our availability. Mark also fitted a new banister handrail, taking steps to match it to the existing handrail and ensure it was a good quality job.
