We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.
