Fantastic company to use. Rob called round the day after I posted the job to quote it. He then was very quick with the price. He fitted the radiator exactly when he said he would and even worked around me keep changing my mind! I will definitely keep his number for any future work I need.

Dean provided a professional and skilled service in a friendly and highly competent manner. The charges were as quoted and more than fair for the job undertaken. Really pleased I found Allen Group. Tom was professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He converted a conventional heating system with floor standing boiler to combi and installed a new shower too. I will continue to use him for any further plumbing or heating work. Highly recommended.

Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. Steve arrived very prompt, started job, had a few issues to overcome and did so in a very professional manner. Cleaned up after and performed our job to the highest standard. I will be using Steve from now on for all our gas jobs and check ups.

Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.

Having hired David to complete the work i asked for, whilst the taps where successful, i have had him back three times within 10 days and still need to contact him again regarding unsuccessfully being able to rectify the cistern not filling when flushed, when he comes back it will be the fourth time in two weeks!, i feel i have not got value for money on this occassion and using your website thought i would be getting a professional who knew what they were doing.

Trevor was very polite, friendly and helpful the price was very reasonable far less then British Gas he responded quickly and arrived on time. However I have given job to someone who was recommended to me and I have seen the finished job he could also start on Tuesday for me. Thank you Trevor.
