Disconnection of gas cooker. Ryan arrived when expected. Carried out the disconnection and tests efficiently, sited disconnected appliance back in its space and supplied relevant paperwork. Would recommend.

In addition to the repair, I also asked Ollie to service the boiler. Ollie was easy to deal with, communicated really well and was professional throughout. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.
