We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Very clear communication throughout the job and completed very promptly. I would absolutely use them again. Many thanks for your work

This job was started February 2021 and still hasn't been completed. Whilst the work that has been completed seems good, I am having difficulty getting hold of the gentleman, workers are not coming when he says they are, and generally everything is at a standstill

Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
