I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
