As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. Replied to request posted within 30mins. Plumbers arrived the same day. Fixed both tap and toilet the same day. Couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault communication. Would recommend this company and I will use again.

I am a gas safe heating engineer with 20 years experience of central heating ,plumbing and gas contracts .
I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.

Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.
