Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

As a company we provide any heating and gas services. Boiler breakdowns, services, landlords certificates. All jobs are carried out expertly and to a high standard.
Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Chris did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher in an awkward location. As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. Along with this the price quoted was great value and did not change when the job was done. I would not hesitate to request Chris's services again in the future. Highly recommended!

From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit. On completion they've taken us through the system and answered any questions, most importantly everything has been left neat and tidy. We couldn't ask for more and are happy to recommend them. I am a gas safe heating engineer with 20 years experience of central heating ,plumbing and gas contracts .
I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.
