Did not feel the engineer knew what he was doing. Over a week before the job I told him I didn't have a key for my filter. However he didn't offer to buy one for me before the visit or when he arrived to do the service. So the filter wasn't cleaned and the quote he gave me included cleaning of the filter. However, he still took the full amount quoted £80 for the service. He didn't check the radiators to see if they were heating up properly, when I asked him to do this, he seemed surprised.

That is why I offer a safety checks in your home. If you book a boiler safety check I will also conduct a visual assessment of any other gas appliances. I had new central heating and a boiler installed into my flat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They did a first class job and all to gas safety standards. They gave really good advice and came up with good solutions. They were always on time and were very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
