The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Did a great job, was friendly, came round at the arranged times for quote than work. even tightened up a leaky radiator which wasn't in the original job while he was there. No problem recommending him. Thanks for your help.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Good communication from Lee prior to arriving today. He was very understanding when I had to rearrange the service at short notice previously. Polite, tidy worker and efficient when hired to service our gas boiler. Would definitely recommend Lee.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Technically sound, assessed situation and proposed agreeable plan, positive attitude to difficult job, fair price quoted, timely communications, committed to agreed date, worked to his plan, addressed issues outside his plan well by discussion and proceeded to finish job in a very professional manner. Top professional job by West energy services. Shame the guys that fitted the boiler to the property and promised the yearly service and warranty on the £1500 job couldn’t even reply to emails and texts. West gas services no job too small and thanks for turning out during the current crisis on time and on budget. Top marks??

I had new central heating and a boiler installed into my flat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They did a first class job and all to gas safety standards. They gave really good advice and came up with good solutions. They were always on time and were very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
