Sam, Michael and the team did an excellent job on my replacement boiler. They communicated very well and were very polite and helpful. The boiler replacement and new radiators was performed flawlessly and they managed to deal with a few small repair jobs that were needed at the same time. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

We had a pipe leak. Christian identified the root cause to be burst pipe in hot water cylinder. He proposed to replace it with an unvented cylinder system. He installed the cylinder which works okay. However later we found out that regulation requires the unvented cylinder to be certified. He does not respond to questions related to certification and necessary paperwork. We did not receive an installation certificate. Now he is unresponsive and does not confirm if installation is complete. AVOID
